How to Get a Strong Core

To get a strong core, do 5 reps of the below 3x's a day, 5x's a week. 

12 flutter kicks
12 single leg flutter kicks (right leg)
12 single leg flutter kicks (left leg)
Thump, thump, thump
Stomp, stomp, stomp
...
Just keep kicking
